The bill (Reg. No. 5449) states that premises where libraries, book shops and state publishing houses are located shall not undergo small privatization.
In the result of the discussion, the Committee members adopted the decision on the compulsory consideration of the remarks and amendments of the Central Scientific-Expert Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate during the adjustment of the bill as to its coordination with the principles of clause 14 of the Law "On Publishing Business" that enables privatization of the book and newspaper-magazine publishing houses.
